"Growing up working restaurants i know fresh food. Fish is outsanding. Crisp and flaky probably the best fried cod i have ever had. Lobster bisc again probably some of the best i had. Macaroni and chips are delicious!! Nothing tasted like grease all fresh. 5 stars plus!!"

"Always a pleasant experience! This little local diner has delicious breakfast, pizza, and fried cod!!!! I can't comment on other items since these are my favorites. The fried fish is SOOOO GOOD. I couldn't wait to eat it, which is why the photo shows it half eaten. Good place for kids, too. Who knew a little diner would have really great (made from scratch) pizza?!"

"Stopped by for the first time today. We were seated promptly and our drink order was taken. Our server, Debbie was great and very attentive during our meal. The quality of the food was on point. Their Italian toast was amazing as was their French toast, bacon and eggs. I highly recommended Ma and Pop's Country Kitchen and will be coming back."

"They had me from the minute I walked in. I was greeted with a smile from a teenage young man -what an anomaly. Everyone who provided service was exceptionally kind. And as far as the food is concerned, it was delicious. I had a Reuben sandwich with fries and coleslaw. I was halfway through the meal before deciding to click a pic. It's not an appealing picture so don't hold it against them. Interestingly I had direct view into the kitchen area (Having worked in a kitchen before I know that's where the truth about a restaurant is told). It was evident that the workers really cared about the quality of food and service they provide. I'd love to come back and try some other dishes. My neighbor had a smoked pulled pork sandwich. It looked delicious."

"Fantastic cozy diner. Food was excellent. Wait staff was very attentive. We met one of the owners, and cook, very nice. We plan on coming back many times."

"Been going here for years. Recently went to celebrate a birthday breakfast with 3 grandkids. Watched several people go in and sit as tables emptied. Rather than save a couple and put them together we had to wait. I understand no reservations but they didn't take names and seat people accordingly is frustrating. We left and my husband won't go back. Great breakfast though. This was the second time this happened so very unfortunate."
